Lobby Reopening with Limited Hours - Beginning June 15th

 

New temporary lobby hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Thursday – 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Friday – 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Saturday – 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

For the protection of our members & staff we have implemented the following protocols:

  • Masks must be worn by both members & staff (members are asked to provide their own mask). Any member who is not wearing a mask will be asked to use the drive-thru.
  • Staff behind the teller line will be wearing gloves.
  • Protective Plexiglas barriers have been installed at the teller line, front desk area and front offices.
  • Please adhere to social distancing of 6 ft. between yourself and others.
  • The number of visitors inside the lobby may be limited.
  • Staff will be required to perform frequent cleaning of all common touch areas.
  • Hand sanitizers will be available to visitors in lobby areas.
  • If you are not feeling well, please do not come to the Credit Union.
  • Please limit the amount of time you spend in the lobby to allow other members to enter.
  • Please cover your cough/sneeze.
  • Please come with your transaction slips prepared, or keep one of our free pens.
  • Please keep the following electronic services in mind to help serve your banking needs:  Depository ATM, Internet & Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, Online Bill payer, Telephone Audio Response.
  • Members at higher health risk should consider continuing to use our drive-up and electronic services rather than visiting the lobby.
  • We now offer eSign solutions for consumer loans and other forms for your convenience.
  • Please make an appointment to open a new account, apply for a loan, or other services performed at a representative’s desk.
